This was an absolutely amazing production. I was lucky enough to see both Julia Migenes and Valerie Perrin as Escalante/Aldonza. The acting and dancing was fantastic all around. Brent moved me to tears both times.
i'm sad i couldn't make it =( i mean.....especially i'm, *very* familliar with UCLA, have had various doctors all my life from the medical part of it, i call the hospital "oh that's the ol' red brick building".....ANYWAY, i told a friend, "well at least SOMETHING is good about UCLA" (concidering all of my visits there were medical)
He was absolutely brilliant - when he sang "The Impossible Dream," it was so beautiful I cried. There was no vanity in the performance. Amazing, hands down.

JULIA MIGENES! AND BRENT SPINER! Wish I could have seen this production. I wish, at the least, there were clips of the performance.
