To do the effect "ipod ad" i used Adobe After Effect, i used a green screen (keying effect) behind me and then i "extract" me of the movie and i colored me in black only and put me on a new background (blue, yellow, violet...) its not really hard to do; if you need help please contact me

Ok, with each step can you push the button "Print Screen" on your keyboard, then "paste" the steps in to a word doc. Can you send me the doc after?
