  • nigga you need da shut up

  • foget damain and wayne nas flowed

  • Who knew Wayne could actually spit with the best

  • I don't think Wayne has ever really read Revelations. But his verse was ok. Didn't hurt the song any.

  • Fuck Wayne that fool wants to see us dead. Only raps about money, sex, if he dosent have that he aint shit.

    Ron Pual 2012

  • thats it Wayne ain't representing man...he is just materialistic like the so-called cult he's in (freemasonry)

  • NaS is hip-hop

  • wayne is actually amazing just these days he goes for the money making songs. his old songs were amazing and he was up there with the best but now all these new ppl who listen to him dont even know his old music and think he completely sucks

  • would people shut the fuck up about lil wayne being on here. yall only hating on him cause hes mainstream. im not a fan of wayne but he does have good music. just because hes mainstream, doesnt mean hes shit, he actually drops a dope verse on here. like jay-z said, DO YOU FOOLS LISTEN TO MUSIC OR DO YOU JUST SKIM THROUGH IT???

  • @kolisionn No i´m not hating cause he is mainstream, i´m hating cause it´s a fucking scandall that his music is called hiphop! There are a few good ones but have you even listend to what this fucker says? lyrics that don´t make sense and he even stole some of them! He should continue with this stuff and leave the whole young weezy i'm cool have bitches and money thing behind!

  • @kolisionn I don't like Wayne either but he's not garbage... in fact he's the most improved rapper(cuz he use to really suck in the beginning). Hip Hop is the mainstream... it is the culture so it's commercial now. If it wasn't it would be like Heavy Metal--- gone or Jazz --- relegated to the outskirts. Hip Hop is just suffering from variety and creativity and that the record execs fault.

  • @damnthisuser you mean suffering from a lack of variety and creativity?

  • denise austin is the cherry on top the pie

  • MoM <3 Music Of Meaning

  • Music that has a meaning

  • if only these kinda songs werent so damn religious :/ oh well

  • Whoever said Lil wayne is not talented is a fucking Lair.. He's just incredibly mainstream. which dilutes his music a lot. He makes club, and dance songs. Go back and listen to his underground stuff, go listen to some of the Drought. When he wants to be he can be a really really good MC.. That said... Nas/Damian Marley Legends.

  • @Emman92 yeah cause he makes club music now means he sold out and that shit is weak!

  • The only good verse from Lil Wayn-ksta.

Nas & Marley know how to make something out of nothing. lol

  • lil wayne only fucked up the song a lil bit for once!!hes learning people!!

  • Sound like That was the most difficult Rap lil Wayne ever wrote tryin to spit conscious. You gotta HAVE knowledge if you gonna Spit knowledge Weezy!

  • Yo this song speaks straight truth and it's off the hook and it actually gave me a good business idea i'm currently workin on. My generation represent. I love it when nas said athletes today are scared to make Muhammad Ali statements thas real talk straight up if you agree send reply with say word.

  • TRUTH!!! and WOW this is the Carter II Lil' Wayne, he needs to come back. and of course Nas and Damien BEST DUO

  • Why can't wayne rap like this all the time, listen to ghetto rich, another song feat nas and wayne which wayne raps good

  • Comment removed

  • Crazy song! nas killed it as always and lil wayne had help writing verse end of.

  • wayne makes sense wen hes with sennnssible people

  • @jamaicandjnado lol that made me laugh. So true!

  • @jamaicandjnado exactly, jus look at jay rock and him in that one song, he stepped up

  • clash

  • Don't forget Joss Stone on this track......that girl has got a voice!

  • that doesn't sound like wayne's flow.. i wonder if he had some help writing it o.O

  • Yeah, Nas or D wrote Waynes verse.

  • @The12Jacob no wayne wrote wayne's verse

  • THUMBS UP TO REALISM aka NAS smart move to have Weezy on because people need to listen to his first verse !!!

  • RIP Gaddafi. He died trying to make a change... don't beleive in the hype

  • @617whitey FUCK YOU, AND FUCK GADDAFI, GO TO HELL, YOU AND HIM DO "CHANGE" ELSEWHERE, fucktard...

  • @ElectroSeraph

how can you say fuck gaddafi. he was a real prophet. not a prophet from the books or the bible but a real prophet from our times. he wanted to save us and start the united nations of AFRICA. we would be fighting the revolution but we would be free think about that faggot.

  • @kankertjap you are fucking retarded. Dont comment anymore.

  • @AbulKhidir you fuckin retard hes right.gaddafi wanted change and be united

  • @Bigwolf006 bitch say that to a libiyan. Go stick that loose change up your ass. Dont speak if you have no clue what the fuck you are talking about.

  • @ElectroSeraph theire right shut tha fuck up

  • @617whitey I saw the Gaddafi's construction to bring water to the desert... incredible. Then he also was arranging the unity of Africa with a single money for the African countries. Which could bring prosperity and progress for Africa too.

  • really? lil wayne? fake fucking rappers dont deserve shit-___-coming from someone in the music industry what the fuck do you think is so good about people like that and why do you allow them and fucking justin beiber to dominate an industry that has so much more potential and skill than that. keep fake rappers out of hiphop!

  • @lxbxwxtxgxl what the fuck is your problem you pretentious faggot? nas and lil wayne are friends and he wrote an amazing verse for the song.

  • @whatupmaaan someone's alittle hostile towards a comment made over a month ago. if it's negative in your life then why allow it to bother you, and why waste your time to write back nothing but negativity? you follow you and ill follow me i dont see why a difference in opinions has clash in such a way. its redundant

  • @lxbxwxtxgxl cuz there's a reply button. i'll write whatever the fuck i want

  • @whatupmaaan ohhh the arrogance of humanity.

  • @lxbxwxtxgxl ohhh the pretentiousness of a closed-minded fuck

  • Great one YV but this would've been even better with K'Naan instead of that dude that raps like he's got a bolus of faeces in his mouth that he's trying hard not to spill.

  • great artist

  • Dont hate. Lil wayne being in it makes his fans listen to it 2. That makes more people start listenin to damian marley. then they'll hear his message 2

  • @ohmenaja see my vids &learn herbs like kelp,kale,dill,dock ETC :D

  • Nas is on the Carter 4 haters

  • wayne do your thang fuck these haters

  • Put your hands up and close ur eyes!

  • LOVE Waynes verse ;}

  • Wow did know Lil Wayne could make a song like this

  • 2:14 the guy in the back of nas rolling a joint or a blunt looks just like DAMIAN ! oO

  • Lil Wayne sucks

  • i like how lil wayne say he cant believe there is a black president and that he cant look at the flag the same now. i find that hella funny cuz he is also black lol

and wayne is good but surely not the best rapper alive..... i think there is too many great artist to decide who is the best

  • Y RASTA a spit wit suck pussy lil wayne, a him sing lick pussy like a lolly pop.FYAH PON A SUCKA

  • Lil Wayne could of fucked it up much more, he kept on the topic and not all of his line were bad. He did better than i thought that's for sure.

  • why is the guy that said hip hop is dead, working with the reason it is? smh..but whatever, nas = legend

  • i hate lil wayne with a passion but his verse was really good because he was actually saying something, i also love tie my hands thats another amazing lil wayne song. But nas killed it as usual. good song and good message

  • @wakawaka12328 nah wayne killed it

  • @wakawaka12328 Damian and nas bring out the best of everyone, Even lil wayne ;) one love<3

  • @wakawaka12328 i dunno why, but i feel like Nas has ruined the whole album, every time damian marley comes up, my brain goes: Good song, and then Nas comes along and destroys my dreamworld :(

  • @naruto53353 cause u obviously do not know anything and you need to start your life over from day 1

  • @kushmaddness everyone has their own opinions.... so you obviously don't know anything... just pretend i sent you the same reply you sent him. =)

  • @naruto53353 lol i hear you in a sense but you still gotta give him credit, lil wayne idk y he was even on this but for 1 reason like a comment that was posted above it will get more listeners that way, and the message is important so iz gud!

  • lil wayne ruined this song

  • fuck you lil wayne! you dont belong here

  • i think weezy fit in perfect! damian and nas knew why they wanted him

  • Nas is my favourite rapper, but everybody's being immature here. Lil' Wayne had an excellent verse on this, End of story.

  • @jadskiiez

Excellent? Hell no.. but better than usual. Nas & Damian arent going to let him on the track if he brings his majority BS rhymes with him. The only way they were going to do this with him was if he came correct like he did in songs like Go DJ, Stunnin Like My Daddy, Hustla Musik, & Tha Block Is Hot, those being the only respectable wayne songs in my eyes...

  • switch lil wayne with eminem and this is a classic song, fuck lil gayne

  • @Delfiffer2 Eminem's rubbish blud

  • @CloseYourEyesBitch

    he better than lil wayne

  • Joss Stone has so much soul, listen to her riffin'

  • People say that Wayne isn't worthy of a cameo on a song like this, or any song with Nas for that matter. Wayne is wise to do these types of songs with these types of artists because that elevates him. It's also good for Hip Hop because Wayne exposes his core audience to the more advanced artistry. Nas and Wayne benefit each other.

  • I"m Not Complaining Wayne Hold His Own On this And He Is The Voice Of Our Generation, Plus Making the track with wayne alone would sell millions of more records 80% percent of kids our age have probbly never even herde of nas

  • @DeutschSniper rapper?boss?hahahaha nice jokes.he can put his fake-pop shit to his ass.i don't hate him cause he is successful as you say,i hate him cause i don't like the bullshit fake-pop that he makes.i'd rather listen DMX or Nas any time instead Wayne

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 Wayne best raper alieve?hahahaha if he is the best then what is Nas Methodman Redman DMX.Gods maybe..get real please.Wayne is for 13-15 yo kids that have no idea what hip-hop is,for women to move their ass in clubs and for fag guys

Eminem?hahahahahah another mainstream fag.learn to listen RAP/HIP-HOP and stop listening fake-pop/hip-pop artists

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 Wayne best raper alieve?hahahaha if he is the best then what is Nas,Methodman,Redman,DMX?Gods maybe?get real please.Wayne is for 13-15 yo kids that have no idea what hip-hop is,for women to move their ass in clubs and for fag guys

Eminem?hahahahahah another mainstream fag..learn to listen RAP/HIP-HOP and stop listening fake-pop/hip-pop artists

  • Too much hate... Thats what this song is about! Scrap dat and start lovin

  • this generation will make the change

  • 6 Tards* are not our generation!

  • wayne is the worst lyricist in the mainstream, any1 that thinks hes a gud rapper clearly has no idea wot a rapper does and that is rhyme words together, wayne just talks in his stupid cough medicine auto-tune voice

  • nas wrote waynes lyrics i bet theres no way wayne could'f come up whith those dope verses.

  • if nas fucks with wayne,i fuck with wayne.unlike jay z bitch ass, wayne knows who the real best rapper is

  • i really dont like wayne but his verse in this song is good n smooth. he will never be like nas but the kid can spitt, you cant tell me that all his songs suck.. most of them do but thats the type of music todays people wanna hear. so instead of hating on wayne appreciate nas and the others who still make hip-hop. bless!!!

  • We all know Nas has a big check to write Kelis every month, but still even-though Lili Gayne (because {s}he's a puppet) can get you commercial sales NEVER put him(er) on a political/revolutionary/self-awareness charged song. Nas and Damian don't need radio play to be noticed. They're both icons in their respected genres. When They make something you listen (NO WATER NEEDED). Also who thinks Nas and Damian helped Lili Gayne write his verse?

  • why did you fucking hate Lil Wayne? in this moment he his the best rapper alive, you can continue with that shit like ''oh, i hate lil wayne, he are ugly, he don't sing well and he sucks'', but remember, Lil Wayne don't need you for anything, because he had alright everything. Fuck you all hater's.

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 best rapper alive ??? his only famous cause of his retarded ass voice, and all the 13 year olds who fell for his shit. if all the kids stop listing to his ass then his gona fall faster then he got up.

  • @LOQSHA1 13 years old? you really don't know what are you saying. why did Eminem a song with Lil Wayne? is because Lil Wayne suck's? what your attitude and the attitude of the haters of Lil Wayne means to me his jealousy.

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 He's the most popular rapper right now, but best rapper alive? Based on what? Them silly ass nursery school punchlines he does?

  • @Antrizzle2009 look, if you don't like him, just don't listen to him, are people that like and listen him, and you and all the people have to respect that. tell me, did you ever shoot to yourself, in kid, and you survive? he passed for too much, like eminem, and i just don't understand why people hate him so much you know?

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 Actually I don't hate him. I really have no problem with him, except when he calls himself the best rapper alive cuz in my opinion that's bullshit. I have more a problem with all his fans who worship him and call him the best thing ever and if you criticize him one little bit, you're deemed a "hater". It's like i'm sorry but to me Carter IV was a mediocre album. I respect the fact that he's been through alot, but that doesn't make him a great rapper.

  • @FABIOZAOofficial96 eminem did a song with him for the money. Rappers like lil wayne and eminem only do it for the money. btw learn how to fuckin type ! If you think lil wayne is any good then your a retarded piece of camel shit.

  • 3:05

  • Ok I was seriously pissed off when I saw Lil Waynes name on the tracklist, but then I actually heard the song and his lyrics and the dude actually had a conscious verse for once. He did good. Still hate him though...

  • i agree with both thigns sniper said

  • Lil' Wayne is a boss. He's arguably the most successful rapper of the current generation. As a result, many artists, both inside and outside of his genre, want to work with him. So to all of you that hate Lil' Wayne just because he's successful: buzz off. I suggest you sit down, chill out, and try to appreciate his music. Most of it is on point.

  • @DeutschSniper1 he uses too much autotune...

  • @DeutschSniper1 What are you basing success off? If it's sales, then no he's not, Eminem is. If it's skills one could argue many people over him. If it's influence, again once could argue many people over him. What exactly makes him the most successful?

  • if we all come together than they cant divide one, HMMM thats another line i heard him say twice on dif songs now. same with potatoe on the end of the gun, and money talks im a vantrilaquist. gtfo here wayne

  • exactly lost wookie, Lil Wayne has good songs anyways d bags, just because YOU only hear whats on the radio because, "our generation" only listens to his music played on the air (truetunes), don't hate on him. He is good

  • Comment removed

  • Fuck off Lil Wayne, killed it.

  • We know that Wayne has no business being on this song BUT there's a reason why he is. What he stands for is the total opposite of what Nas and this song stands for.

They have him do songs like this 2 offset all the trash he does so his fans (sheep) have something 2 defend him with and can say "Oh but Wayne did that one song with Nas".

After all, he IS who "our generation" considers the best rapper alive. Plus doing collabs like this keeps Nas "relevant" without a radio single.

    *Follow @ ma_THT

  • @TrueHopTunes i feel ther are multipul reasons for this happening i feel the biggest reason would be so those lost in the world "wayne & his fans" can come to see what side they on. contentiousness to the uncontentious.

  • @TrueHopTunes if you had ever really listen to what lil wayne says he says the same thing just in a different way that entertains us... If you knew what nas and damien marley is truly saying then you would know... get on knowledge

  • @TrueHopTunes nas co-signs wayne. "yo my nigga wayne let them niggas hate"

  • @TrueHopTunes nice opinion

  • why the fuck is wayne in this song ?? lol

  • I wish people would talk more about the message of the song rather then how much they dislike an arist on it.

  • @thelostwookie

    arist?

  • stop hatin bitches

  • nice combe!

  • uhmmmm...stop hateing on wayne? he did really fucken good on this song.

  • Great track, and in all honesty i hate lil wayne but he did his thing on this song, i think they all killed it

  • my nigga Nas really went in

  • Amazing how even when wayne hops on a track like this and raps about whats real people still hate

  • im not sorry but that kanye and jay z shit could never match the realness of this album...#imNotSorry

  • Damn maybe if this song left out joss stone and lil whine he wouldnt be in a stupid band with mick jaggar!!!

  • I can't stand Lil Wayne...no talent whatsoever and one of the most annoying voices in hip-hop. I have mad respect for NAS & Junior Gong, but they tarnished a nice track by letting that little bitch spit on it.

  • i dont even look at the flag to say ...... hey ;)

  • What's sad is that Wayne can prove he can actually rap, but makes songs without any substance and those are his hits, so he keeps making those kinds of songs.

  • I don't like lil wayne because of his music!! He's disrespectful to women! So don't you compare him to Nas and Damian!!

  • @ arkemein24 lol..

    sick toon!

  • Lil Wayne isa FAKE, observing NAS and DAMIAN I think he might snitch on them to the Elite Illuminati.

  • i got a message from god heaven to crowded he just doesnt want your fucked up head there

  • @thug8200 and harder than nas na man i don't hate his voice he is just a dick. Plus i can't believe you think that that's like saying lil b goes harder than 2pac

  • BEST ALBUM IN MANY YEARS!!!! BIG UPS DAMIAN AND NAS!!!!! (very smart to have who ya did on this album) NUFF LOVE and RASPECT!!!!! BLESS UP!!!!! 1<3

  • SHUT THA FUK UP

  • WAYNE MIGHT WENT HARDER THEN NAS AND IM NOT TALKIN LYRICALLY WHAT HE WAS SAYIN MADE MORE SENSE SOME TIMES THE G.L.E CAN GO OVER PEOPLES HEADS

  • @thug8200 whats g.l.e ? :L

  • @NaziZombieLover1 greatest lyricist ever

  • @thug8200 ohh, and by g.l.e do you mean lil wayne or nas? PLEASE DONT SAY LIL WAYNE

  • @thug8200 what in the hell did you just say? "wayne might went harder then nas"????? please tell me you took some HARDCORE drugs before you posted your comment.

  • @bamfan28 on this song

  • @thug8200 Not on this song... Nor any other for that matter.

  • If you actually listen to Wayne's verse and comprehend what he's saying instead of just hating on him for being Wayne. He actually has a great verse.

  • @lakeolympia459 u right ,,this is the most sense he has made on any track, maybe he hate waynes voice but thats something else to me ,words up

  • @lakeolympia459 I agree with right there.... gave and still give wayne credit for his verse. " dont worry bout it just be about it, got a message from god, heaven to crowded..." creativity points there?? i think so

  • the good thing is punk ass "pink wayne" raps last. so i cut my song after the chorus before his punk ass verse. only Nas and Damian on the song

  • holding it down, marley for life <3

  • and what the hell is lil wayne doin in this beautiful song^!?!???!

  • @KaboomMTF shut up! I don't like lil wayne but he killed it in this song. Beautiful.

  • @KaboomMTF he's, probably, Damian's generation :DD

  • @KaboomMTF I know! When he started rapping, I was like "THE FUCK?!"

  • some people just love to hate wayne, even tho he gets co-signed by what most of you would call the "hip hop greats"

like it or not, wayne spit a great verse.

"if you weather that storm then that rain brings sun"

"if we all come together then they cant divide ONE"

    very nice word play.

  • @z308e Yea it was good word play I agree, thats why Damian Marley, or Nas would have writen it

  • If Anything, You people Should Be Calling Nas 2-Faced For Collaborating With Lil Wayne!
