  • Next time try an Ostrich egg. That will require a drill and that will make 10 omelettes.

  • actualy i think emu omlette taste better than ostrich omlette:) no doubt and ostrich egg is much bigger, but if you notice the emu yolk compared the the white is much more, but an ostrich egg has why too much white, so that makes and emu egg much yummier:)

  • agreed. this is a little more experimental than other emu egg omelette timelapse movies posted on youtube. but from a post-derrida perspective, the color compression of the egg is particularly distURBing. e"mu" egg "om"elette.

  • One of the truly groundbreaking pieces to arise out of the filmmakers' oeuvre, this elegy to the spherical Object is poignant and beautiful, particularly in our post-Derrida universe. What does it mean? The video defies categorization and resists formal analysis. Its meaning, therefore, can be said to be in a constant state of flux, generated in the minds of each viewer. That is, artistic integrity is within all of our grasps. That is the chief victory of "Emu Egg Omelette."

  • The emu egg required a hacksaw to break its shell---one egg produced three large omelettes. The flavor of the emu egg was delicious, and not too heavy. Always cook your emu eggs with real, fresh butter.
