Yeah the 2 movies painted the wrong image on the show. YEEE HAAAA for the original, one and only. RIP Sorrell Booke Denver Pyle Waylon Jennings and Flash!
ive fallowed the dukes of hazzard since it first aired would like to know how to get info on how to get a wrecked general lee please write me @ 219 lane st. hudson michigan 49247 would like an autographed pic of the cast and general lee thankyou!
I've seen three movies that Denver Pyle appeared in, "The Dukes Of Hazzard," "Three On The Run," and, he had a memorable scene in the 1994 movie, "Maverick," in which he was thrown off the boat, after being caught cheating. RIP Denver!
I don't know about you guys but I thought Jimmy Buffett should have played Boss in the movie, to me he really is looking like Boss in a good way of course..........
@gtp1500 Fuck that shitty ass movie..Fuck Johnny Knoxville, Jessica Simpson and even Burt Lancaster..Great actors but they screwed "The Dukes of Hazzard" up..
The only thing that could save that crappy movie was Willie Nelson playin' Jesse Duke (but anyway Denver Pyle would have kicked his ass too)
I did not understand why in hazzard reunin and hazzrd in hollywwod have preferred the cast the character of Hughie Hogg Jeff Altman as the successor of Boss Hogg
@coolmamac Nope..He's alive and in great health, as far as I know..And, as far as I know, his last appearence was in "Moondance Alexander", alongside DON JOHNSON!!! (Great movie, watch it if u haven't done it yet)
John Schneider & Tom Wopat were a big part of The Dukes of Hazzard, but Sorrel Booke & Denver Pyle were the foundation that made the show so successful
How about Waylon Jennings? He was just as much a part of the show. He served as the balladeer, plus he guest-starred as himself on one episode. Never forget that.
