  • bla bla bla bla it is not true with my opinion

  • how do i even get to download it on my windows 7. and wat else do i need apart from the backtrack???????

  • @amidx6 Google "backtrack", go to the site, select the Downloads tab, follow the prompts. Select the release you want, VM flavor (gui look/feel), 32 or 64 bit (depending on what you have), the Image (file format), and from where to download. You will want to have downloaded and installed VMWare first, to setup your virtual environment.

  • hey, i dont if you can help me, but i have some probleme whit my mouse. it dont point a the same place that where my mouse is..... i have a labtop gateway,

  • is the backtrack VMware version preferred over the iso version for windows 7

  • if ur planning on installing google unetbooting for windows to place the iso in the usb and create a partition on the disk so its bootable

  • haha paused it for that keygen in your toolbar XD

  • @lifeh4x0r You lost me, what keygen and where

  • @PCAddictsLive nevermind, i thought i saw one but it was just the vmware icon. looks exactly like my keygen

  • @lifeh4x0r Haha, no worries.. had me wondering what ya saw.

  • where do you get backtrack 4 for win7??

    some link?

  • @istipa622 On the backtrack site, they should have an option to download the vmware image... Thats what I used.

  • thnks dude

  • @sarbpreet09 no problem :)

  • tks man

  • @jme0010 no problem

  • is it for 32 or 64 bit

  • @MrManuelibarra Both I think... been a while since I messed with this.

  • @PCAddictsLive damn wat took u so long to replay

  • @MrManuelibarra haha, sorry about that, just playing catch up.

  • hey does a built in wifi card catches signals in backtrack or u have to use a usb wifi............ 3:27 lol

  • @T2cool5 yes, it should, as long as your built in wifi card works with backtrack

  • the hole VMware program doesn't work on my Win7 could that be 'cause I got the 64bit version?

  • @emaitroy download vm ware from the website...then when it asks for the key get a keygen and that's it

  • @algenis88 VMware is not even opening anything. Like I open VMware and it doesn't do a single thing, do you know why that is?

  • @emaitroy Sounds like a problem lol.... maybe try re-installing vmware?

  • @emaitroy it should work... have you tried this recently?

  • I have the same setup and followed the video but it gives me the grub> command line instead.?

  • Yea. I had a couple of issues. Bad iso and the CD in the drive. Downloaded again and all is good for the most part.

  • Nice! Glad to see you got it fixed! Thanks for the update btw!

  • Did you really create a VM? WS 7 will not recognize my isi, whether on USB or the desktop. When I burned a DVD, it idid recognize it, and did bring up Backtrack 4, but from the DVD and not a VM on my host.

Any ideas why I can't use an iso on the desktop, as you did?

    Thanks.

  • Have you figured out a solution to the problem you were having?

  • Good video though....

  • Thanks :)

  • Doesn't seem to work for me. BT 4 does come up but it's being used right from the DVD and not a soft VM???

  • Do you have the DVD still in the drive, and maybe have the settings configured to boot from CD?
