I see a lot of people saying this ride is identical to Shiekra at the Busch Gardens in Tampa. It's not. Griffon seats 10 across, Shiekra seats 8. Griffon has 2 immelmanns Shiekra has 1. The ride type is the exact same, but the rides themselves are different.

i went to Busch Gardens back in July, and i rode this ride seriously 10 times!! it is the best roller coaster ever in my opinion!! my favorite part was them suspending you before going down the first hill, and you are just looking, 205 feet, 90 degrees straight down. and then, BAM!! they let go. it is such an awesome feeling!! :))

yes it is the same just like Shiekra. Shiekra was built first. But the Griffon is taller by like 10 feet. the griffon was first of it's kind to be floorless and then Shiekra became floorless. The griffon has one more inversion than Shierka. and the Griffon can hold 30 people unlike Shiekra where it holds 24.

i went to busch gardens yesterday. I think this was my biggest highlight. Well, i went on apollos chariot 3 times and i went on the griffon 3 times and each time i rode those rides it was absolutely amazing. And its funny how later in the day you see lots of people wearing suits and ties, or people that just came back from work, and are riding these rides, like the guy at 2:41
