1) The Imam Mahdi (as) will be a muslim. Therefore, he should rule according to the shariah law. The shariah law requires witnesses.

Brother Prophet David(A.S) was Muslim as well, he had a unique gift of judging people without witnesses. Allah(swt) can give this gift to Imam Mahdi(A.S) as well. The Hadith about supplicating in Hebrew is a weak as i have proved so it does not matter brother..

2) The jews supplicate in Hebrew. We do the adhan in arabic, pray Quran in arabic, pray Salah in arabic, not in hebrew.

Supplicate means to make dua, I do not think there is anything wrong with making Dua in hebrew. But why in hebrew of all languages? The language of the jews, judaism the religion of the dajjal, and the main followers of dajjal will be jewish.

The Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wa salaam) said:
