hahaha I remember that, there was hardly any rain, just wind. There was hardly a distinction between the eye and the second half of the storm.

Oh, we call it the eye wall. This film was jst a moment after the calm of the eye of ther storm...no winds. Everyone on the block was out surveying damage, it was calm,a little cloudy, no sun, then the bottom half of the eye wall closed in and the rest is in the film.
