I was at the '86 game with the Cecil interception. I think CBS had our game as the 2nd game of a double header with Michigan / Ohio State. We were on the east side of the stadium, about the 40 yd. line, about 6 rows from the top. When the interception happened all we saw were bodies in front of us going crazy ( we were too high to see cecil on the sidelines ). It was the loudest explosion of noise I've ever heard at a football game.

THANK YOU, sir, for putting this together. I'm a pretty recent UA alum (Class of '04), but I remember some of these plays, and it's awesome to see some of the other plays for the first time.

Honorable mention request: Mike Thomas' 51-yard punt return for a TD against ASU last year - if for no other reason than the two vicious blocks that UA handed out on the return.

1985 vs. ASU. The fumbled snap led to a FG by UA to tie the game when it looked like it was lost. Even though the game was a tie, it felt like a win for UA and a loss for ASU.

WOW !!! What great memories. I grew up a Wildcat fan in Tucson. I now live in Texas, but I was present for MANY of the plays on this video, including Cecil's interception return and Tunnicliffe hitting Holland with the 92-yard TD pass.
