Humans ARE the creators of this statue, as well as the creators of the machine. This is just a mediating tool between the artist and the finished art piece. It might be not the artist's hands that materialize the art but it is him who envisions and conceptualizes it. This is no different from printing or dictating a poem, or writing a score for for someone else to play your composition on piano. Cant a mute person be a genius poet. Cant a handless person be a genius sculpture creator?

@stevenc08 Agreed, however take into consideration the time and detail to design an original 3D model. Beauty can be an exemplification of the work put into a job's creation. It doesn't have to be the physical object itself.
