Anybody knows what happened in the scene at 3:04? An a little question: In Which Silent Hill Game come this monsters with double Heads at 1:41?

At 3:04, some monster from Silent Hill 3 had two bodies hanging over a machine. Well, it looked like that to me when I used the clip.

At 1:41, the double headed monsters were from Silent Hill 4: The Room.
