This choir is phenomenal! Their diction is absolutely superb, delicious consonants lol. Not to mention that TMEA choirs have the most gorgeous sound of any allstate, really unrivaled. Beautiful job, I bought this C.D just for this song.

gah, i can't believe all-state, all-region, and pre-area competitions and jitters are gone and i won't ever get to do it again.

it breaks my heart in ways i never thought it would. haha. bah. this is a BEAUTIFUL SONG. and in terms of region music, this was the best year of my four.

I tried out for my state's All-State choir this past year and this was one of the songs in the program. I loved it, but the singers on the CD they gave us to practice by got a lot of the notes wrong. I should have just listened to this video instead; maybe I would have passed the audition if I had ;)

Oh My Gosh I was in this! lol...even 2 years later, i remember Armstrong tearing his hair out in rehearsals trying to get this piece in tune! but MAN this concert was AMAZING!

this is my senior year and well i auditioned this song my sophmore year. i was goin through my old music and well... this is my favorite song from all state. even now i get choked up listening to this. i really love the all state process!!!! i love the challenge and the nerve racking drama involved. i will miss it so much.
