I guess you wanted to prove the product is robust and high quality just as Nortel says? It took 2 men, a big axe and a lot of effort and you barely could break it! I really need a PBX like that!!!
You would need the password to get into the programming anyway even broken it was worth a lot of money I do believe it was an option 11 with or without voicemail I don't know. But the processor cost about 3200.00 base last I seen 2nd market and refurbished.
Yes, it did look like an Option 11 and those are definitely NOT cheap! Damn sure a lot tougher than I though they were too but then I've never tried to smash one up before either. Lemme know if you guys have anymore unwanted Nortel switchgear hangin' around! I could have made three house payments with a system that valuable!
Ya I can't believe they did that,,, One of them responded "It was broken" little did he know I used to FIX them! but anyway another PBX in the junk yard. Hold recall timers mite have been set for 30 seconds HAHAHA . OMG the value that was there, even broken the after market companies give you at least 300- 500 hundred for a broken PBX. LOL But it's broken!
Data geek just learned the old Telephony guy services are no longer needed because they are moviing VOIP >>>>I will back:-)
