Thats a great video, I would of loved to of thought to look on youtube for instructions. I had to ask one of the other cooks to show me what to do when I started work!
@HimmelChef I'm sure new students might have a hard time. It took me a few tries to get it down... if they felt they'd get sarcastically laughed at perhaps a vid like this is a good idea.
