As the photographer I feel compelled to add my comment. I was there! With no agenda to promote other than document the event, I never noticed racial mix, that's not what the event was about. To ignore the purpose of the event only points out the agenda of the viewer. Thanks PRADBA, now that I am forced to, I will also add 3:38 to your observations, black man holding sign. Last, I will add that there were several black speakers at the event, men and women. Sorry I didn't see you there jazzyazz.
According to the 2007 American Community Survey conducted by the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Washington, D.C. is 55.6% Black.
I just watched all 4:34 of this video and didn't see one black person. Do you find that strange? Do you think there might be some underlying race issues here?

there are many factors contributing to jazzyazz's preception.
1. What precentage of washington black work for the government, thus are uncomfortable attending such an event.
2. The "Black Family Reunion" event oddly taking place at the same time in the mall
3. The bias in the mind of too many that its racist, thus producing a blindness to the facts, such as;
at 39 seconds black man in a brown hat.
at 57 seconds black man in a cowboy hat.
at 1:10 black woman.
at 2:27 bald black man.
