Baseball- 92 mph balls coming at you skill, hit ball with a 2 inh wide stick. Both hard and physically demanding.

i agree, I'm a lacrosse player and it is very intense, and as a former baseball player it was also somewhat demanding, but in my opinion lacrosse is just more fun to play, baseball is just too slow paced.
