I am thinking about getting some ear plugs to wear went the baby wakes up. (not to wear while sleeping) I hear some babies who have just a head splitting high pitched squeeling cry that just an ear killer. Dunno if it will make the affair less painful but wish me luck :P
Funny video! One thing that might help a little is to paint over those aggressive red walls with a softer color. You could research the internet about colors that are more soothing. I know... unsolicited advice ;)
