im leaveing my house soon for a new one lived here near 2 years thought id miss it but doubt i will its been a nightmare with the landlord and liveing condition in the house so im actually really looking forward to moving new place im moving too is stunning lovely house.

our house got foreclosed on a little over a year ago. & when my parents built the house they couldnt afford to actually have it built by professionals so they did everything, plumbing, electticity. & it was a log home so they had to put up all the wood siding in the inside. When we moved in there were no walls & the floors were plywood. We lived in it for 10 years. We were all very attached to that house. I miss it very much I LOVED that house. & my dog that i had since i was 4 is buried there.

I Can't say I can sympathise with you on your parents leaving the country. But, on the moving part, I know it can be tough, wether you move in on your own or with family/friends.

I loved our house in Buenos Aires... we have a really nice house in Munich now, but... in Argentina we build most of the rooms ourselves, so it was really ours, it had something personal...

I'm still sterribly sad, I had to leave it.

I moved out of my home of 21 years last year (I'm 28). It wasn't such a big deal initially because my parents still lived there and I could go visit. I had lived in a dorm at college for 4 years so I was used to being away like that.

But, then earlier this year, they sold the house and moved, and now I can never go back there (not as my home anyway). I do miss it quite a bit as it was a beautiful house. I know how you feel Myles. Such is the way of things in life.
