You've come down a long way, McCain; you've become a guy that snipes at and tears down the President any way you can, even if it comes to tearing down your OWN legislation if he supports it!

What's scary is that Americans are watching this juvenile behavior from the Republicans that are hurting all of us, and are Still going out to Tea Parties and voting for them!

What nauseating is we all know what's going on; we don't care, even if we suffer, as long as Our guy gets in.

Question, anyone have a better way to get messages to congress listened to when you aren't american? I get the feeling what I do send to some of them when not using a proxy writer, is ignored.

And is it me, or at they slowly losing ramparts on their defenses, and bit by bit proving they only have one real problem with Obama, that he's black and they refuse to be subordinate to the will of a black man?

ABC and MSNBC aren't MSM? Since when?

ABC is MSM but Msnbc is not. Fox News channel also is not Mainstream either. No cable channels are. only Network ABC, NBC and CBS. Along with a few major news papers. Here's something useful for you. ABC,CBS,NBC gets about 20million views while Fox news channel gets 2 million. Msnbc gets about 1million. So when ever someone braggs about Fox Ratings be sure to bring up MSM numbers.

I don't think that sort of catagorizing can realistically be applied to the modern milieu. Sure, networks may still get big ratings but let's face it, their veiwers are mostly older folks who don't care much for cable or that new-fangled interweb stuff. Their audience is aged 60-dead (and getting deader by the day).

I think MSM at this point should really be expanded to mean anyone on TV or in print legitimately at the (inter)national level.

@Capng123 True they may make up of old people. But remember Fox fans continuously tout their HIGH Ratings as proof that they are better or that majority of the populous agrees with their ideology. Well i just point out MSM which gets the name Main stream because of how high the ratings are and according to Fox they are liberal. So using their logic everyone agrees with liberal ideology. Or Liberal Ideology is more popular. contd...

I can see two flaws with that.

1- CBS is highly conservative

2- Ratings do not equal truth, if it did American Idol would be the most trusted name in news...

Of course, I suspect you're well aware of those things, I just thought they were worth mentioning.

True ratings do not equal truth. I can go further than American Idol. Rush Limbaugh actually has higher ratings than most of Fox news. Does this mean that Rush Limbaugh is absolute truth?

American Idol isn't competing or claiming to be the news.

now CBS arguably may be highly conservative. But Fox News doesn't specify. They attack everybody but THEM as being Liberal. so i use their illogical Rating argument against them.

@Capng123 contd..... yeah most younger people get all of their news from the internet blogs, or partisan press sites. Which is why newspapers are in big trouble. But MSM is considered by the general public as the Major networks with the high ratings who have been in business since the beginning of Television. I mean look at O'Reilly or Fox when they criticize the MSM for not covering their topics. They aren't talking about Msnbc they are talking about the Big Three.
