I think you made Sergio smile in Heaven. You should make a television show that is weekly where you visit old movie locations. Call it: Hollywood: Then and Now.
@gerry1976 and don't forget Burgos!!! some of the most important places of the set was taken in this beautiful part of Spain... like the Cementery of Sad Hill, the bridge, the hospital...
This, like your Once Upon a Time In the West video, and the others, is a work of art itself. It's about the temporal nature of all things, the bittersweetness of life. Everything changes, and all things will pass. Well done.
I have just visit lasT week Contreras. IT´S A PLACE SPECTACULAR. You can visit the graveyard.Near is the little village Carazo where you can visit the Camp Batterville
@jemafega yes, I spend my summer near this places and from time to time we use to go there to remember and to take a nice day breathing fresh air while seeing those wonderful natural places.
@EmilioAdeva Do you understand what global warming is about? It manipulates the usual seasonal temperature variation and most of the time makes it hotter. If it's hotter, the land is likely to desertificate more rapidly and there's usually more droughts. The plants can cope with it because they're used to extreme temperatures in a desert; from low at night, to high in the day. If anything, this specialized vegetation in this area is likely to spread. Hope that helps ;)
thanks! it helped ! anyway, i love trees, plants and so....but i think its the first time i hate to see the vegetation growing all around cause is where my favourite wstern movie took place :( ... haha
im from spain and its so curious to know that leone's westerns were mostly filmed in my country, and not UTAH,ARIZONA,CALI,MEXICO.... ANYWAY, VIVA LOS SPAGUETTI WESTERNS !
You have got some amazing talent!! I love these, you make them so interesting to watch. I know these are a lot of work I for one am happy you do them.
Bravo Herve! I praise your work! This is remarkable. I really appreciate your hard work. I'm so excited to see those locations in the wilderness without much change over decades except vegetation.
