I had actually taken some video shots of it. (I think they were deleted on my camera) but this storm was soo bad that night, that Teen Choice Awards was interrupted at least 3 times by breaking weather news on Fox 32, the lights on our side of the street went off and on briefly and power was knocked out on the other side of the street. :O

no, its not. if you notice at 0:24, it is flipped, then at 0:29, its back the way the video started. water spouts don't do that. plus, that thing doesn't move at all. its only a shadow on the persons ceiling.
