Did you ever think that maybe in 1956 when the 300SL was released they put all of the latest gadgets and equipment in that? Of course, now those things are standard so we don't realise. In 53 years from now I'm fairly sure that Sat Nav, or a superior equivalent will be standard in every car.

Err... No. If you look at any good supercar today you find that they will come in manual - having auto or selespeed is an option. Manual always has been, and always will be the superior transmission.

In the future you will have sat nav on your phone and all you will need to do is to talk to it were you will go. sitting in a SLS AMG in the future with a faded worn out sat nav is not likely to be as cool as it is to sitt in a old classic now.

It will be like having one of those 80s cars with brown plastic interior or something.

And this car is not a supercar btw.

front gril & doors clasic SL , asid of that the front is adopted from the s2000 & the rear is crossbreed from XR8 & lexus coop.,the gaz tank lid inspierd by FIAT coop., the geer handel VOLVO,sterio control panel TOYOTA, what a shame!

the wors part is that its automatic with crouse control, YACK. a prfect way to kill the legacy of the SL.

i use to be a proud owner of the SLC 5.0, i guess its a time to sale.
