I love tobias basses. And Butch Ramsey makes great use of the instrument. Damn I love that tobias tone. I have the killer b 4 string and I love it! I can't imagine how sweet the classics sound in person.

Hi I am David and I have a TOBIAS GUITAR, the serial number is 110, and I dont know the price of my guitar. I have searched in Internet information about my guitar but is imposible to find it. They were made by the same man Mike Tobias. Back in the day, Tobias basses were the only handmade basses besides Ken Smith. However, Mike Tobias later sold Tobias to Gibson. Now he's making even more money by selling MTD basses. They use the same Tobias preamp but, in my opinion, sound better than before.

Do your research on Tobias basses if you want to buy one. Dont get the new tobias basses because they wont sound like that.

love that tone...could stand to have a little bass boost on it...but then again, youtube doesn't do the best on sound quality...so it might be there....awesome though!
