He doesn't want to see him, hear about him, or talk to him, and he especially doesn't want to perform with him. They aren't friends anymore. We all have people in our lives who we will never see again and never speak to again because we don't want to. It's the same with them.

If you ever listened to the old band live, you can hear that there is a track missing. Also, many of the new songs require 3 guitarists to play. There are TWO rhythm guitarists, and one lead. They may have a slightly different sound and style, but they still sound great. If this was an MP3 version of the song, and you had never seen the video, well most people wouldn't know that it's the new band.

Slash record songs with Duff, Izzy and Steven on his new album. Axl play with Izzy as a guest and now with Duff. So I believe that problem is matter between Axl and Slash. They should burry the hatchet and keep on rockin' together.

I saw Guns at the M.E.N a couple of years ago and Izzy came on for a couple of numbers! Now Duff...What next? This is the first time I've bought into the New Guns though!!! They sounded awesome on Thursday and a new album could really cement this lineup for me. Who knows.
It takes three guitarists (one w/ a double-neck axe) to cover Slash & Izzy...great to see Duff back, if even for just a song or two. I always kinda figured he'd be first...
@RhodesLives I hate how people say that. There are 3 guitarists because the new songs off of Chinese Democracy require 3 guitarists to play them. Also many original Guns N' Roses songs had two rhythm guitar parts recorded, which means with THREE guitarists you get a BETTER and more full sound than you would with two out of the old songs.
@RhodesLives True, but many songs from chinese democracy REQUIRE 3 guitarists. It's only one more guitarist. They are all extremely talented and bring something unique to the table, and they each give the songs, old and new, their own personal flare to it.
@RhodesLives It doesnt really.. The songs on chinese democracy require 3 guitarists to play them and most of the old songs there are some little improvisations plus like 2 solos going off at once. When they play the old songs they dont do much except add a load of stage presence

@pityk100 He played a few more songs, but there was almost no interaction between him and Axl which was disappointing. Axl introduced him and Duff played on a few songs and that was about it. For me, it was a big deal that Duff was there but noone really made a big fuss about it, and I was slightly disappointed. Apart from that, the concert was AMAZING and Axl was magnetic as always!! :)

I saw Guns at the M.E.N a couple of years ago and Izzy came on for a couple of numbers! Now Duff...What next? This is the first time I've bought into the New Guns though!!! They sounded awesome on Thursday and a new album could really cement this lineup for me. Who knows.

@RhodesLives I hate how people say that. There are 3 guitarists because the new songs off of Chinese Democracy require 3 guitarists to play them. Also many original Guns N' Roses songs had two rhythm guitar parts recorded, which means with THREE guitarists you get a BETTER and more full sound than you would with two out of the old songs.

@RhodesLives True, but many songs from chinese democracy REQUIRE 3 guitarists. It's only one more guitarist. They are all extremely talented and bring something unique to the table, and they each give the songs, old and new, their own personal flare to it.

@RhodesLives It doesnt really.. The songs on chinese democracy require 3 guitarists to play them and most of the old songs there are some little improvisations plus like 2 solos going off at once. When they play the old songs they dont do much except add a load of stage presence

@pityk100 He played a few more songs, but there was almost no interaction between him and Axl which was disappointing. Axl introduced him and Duff played on a few songs and that was about it. For me, it was a big deal that Duff was there but noone really made a big fuss about it, and I was slightly disappointed. Apart from that, the concert was AMAZING and Axl was magnetic as always!! :)
