No...this is Dakshinamurthy ashtakam by Adi Shankaracharya. The dhyana mantra of Dakshinamurthy is Om Namo Bhagavathe Dakshinamurthaye Mahyam Medhaam Pragnyaam Prayachha Swaaha.

Dakshinamurthy is nothing but one of the forms of Shiva who sat facing south side to give us the knowledge that is why he is known as Dakshniamurthy. Shiva formed this special form when Sanat Kumar visited Brahma, Vishnu & Mahesh and found all were busy with their respective Maya/Wife, Shiva created this form at that time.
