I test drove a 2009 Aero (2.8T, XWD) and wow. What a hoot to drive! Very comfortable ride yet it stuck to the road like the best glue! Honestly, it was as fun as a 3-Series.
The only downside (part of the reason I didn't buy one) was the sticker. It's about 42 grand, which is a lot for 280 hp and the interior that's rather dated.
ya which year is yours? mys the 06 aero sedan, its great and i like it because its a headturner and not alot people have it, also when you debadge it and do some goodies to it, people never stop stearing. lol trust me do an exhaust to it and its amaziinnngggg. i love it.
Mine is the 06 saloon too in Black with Cream leather trim ahh its LUSH lol little dumpvalve on it nothing major but still loses some of the turbo lag. Also it has been dropped 1 inch to give it a sportyer look.

Have you seen the all new 2010 9-5 Aero? It looks brilliant back to front, in and out.
The 2009 was really a '97 since GM hasn't maintained SAAB, but the new one is engineered in Sweden and it's... not a '97.
