@magnum4554 you have 5 post and person on the 1st post shoots then second then third ect. And after you have shot five shots you switch posts to the one after that then shoot another 5 shots and you keep switching post till you have shot at all five post.
Nora Ross is such an incredible person, she is a true champion in life as well as trapshooting. I have had the privilege of taking lessons from Nora. No one has influenced my shooting and my competitive nature more than Nora. Thank you Nora for being you. Melissa
How do you enter a trap shooting round? Is there usually a line that builds up to wait until the guy on the end fires his last shot and then the nect person moves up on to the first shooting postion
Hey Nora it is me Addison, you may or may not remember me but I took a clinic from you and here I am now with 100 straight under my belt and winning national tournaments. You can see me in the next article of Trap and Field Issue for this years Spring Grand.
When I first started shooting trap in 2000, my grandfather noticed that I shot one eye and he tried to break me of the habit but couldn't. He told me not to worry about it, Nora does, so I never changed it. She's pretty much my trapshooting idol.
@WWIIAddict Well skeet machines launch a clay pigeon from left to right. Trap machines are directly infront of you and launch a clay pigeon out and away at an angle.
@PureAwes0me stance is how you are comfortable shooting and what works for the individual ive personly seen people with what they call less "desirable" stances win high guns and that skill cant be taught from a book
it is commonly that all else equal two eyes is better than one. however I have read (kiner) that women in particular have cross-eye dominance issues so one would expect more one eye women shooters than men.
I would have to say that Nora (Martin) Ross is one of the most respected and well-known individuals in the world of the Amateur Trapshooting Association. Keep up the amazing shooting Nora.
Hello Randy and Nora, its was nice to see you both in this video. Good to see a local couple promoting Trap Shooting. Now guess who this is Randy? ...hint: EHR&GC, Turkey hunter using a bow; took 10 thus far, lived in Owensville but now in Batavia.
i bought a 12. gauge break barrel(single) for $50 and it came with 25 shells and the bset part is it shoots like a 16. gauge and its in great conndistion
is that a bt-99 browing?
HotDawgStand1 1 month ago
@HotDawgStand1 It's Perazzi MX-2000 most likely a trap combo around 15,000 dollars if it isn't custom made plus the stock then more like 20 grand

I went to a Nora Ross Trap clinic. They helped me gain a few birds. I shoot a Winchester SX3 so it was also cool to be taught by a winchester rep.
