I'm with you on your cause, yet I'm embarrassed to be associated with you. How can you ask a guy to have a rational conversation with you when you're acting so disrespectful to them? Of course they have no right to hold the guy, but do they realize this? Step outside your worldview for a second and understand how outsiders, and that includes the court officials you are talking to, interpret what you're saying and doing. Are you trying to feel good about yourselves or actually convince people?

Sooner or later we need to take these people by the scruff of the neck and tell them they're full of shit. I understand what these people in keene are going through...but it shouldn't get confrontational in a court room. The guy went to jail because he didn't know how to take control of the situation. For example, people wouldn't be going to jail for possession of a controlled substance if they knew where the exception in the law was. People wouldn't lose their homes if they would study the UCC and apply it in court. The people are the problem...not the system. Stop blaming your government.

The reason people rise when the judge walks in is because he used to be carrying the bible, (which was LAW.. remember people had to put their hand on it and swear?) But judges dont carry any law these days, and therefore they are impersonating. Never stand for a 'alleged judge when they walk into the room... they have NO LAWFUL AUTHORITY!
