I speak very little Spanish/Catalan.

 The right way is to hold your head still and only move the harmonica. I have bad form and usually move both.

Yo hablo muy poco español / catalán. El camino correcto es mantener la cabeza quieta y sólo se mueven en la armónica. Tengo una mala forma y por lo general se mueven tanto.
