When you say "My Camera" don't you mean "Travis's Camera?" :) When are you going to get your own ya tight ass!? :) And you're comfortable enough now with Sony Vegas on a Laptop to make these vids. Get your own set up and do yer own business already.
In response to the vid. I think as long as responsible parents are with kids, and kids are smart enough to not go to suspcious looking houses, situations can be the same for Trick or Treating as they were. I think the media comment below is right.
