Just save before you fight Cohen and then after you kill him take a picture of him get the "Irony" Achievement Or Trophy and then go back and re-load the save you made before you fought Cohen (Were he is still alive) Don't kill him and there you go. you get the Irony without having to start it all over.

You don't need to hack the 'Power To The People' machines, you just enter them :)

If you're talking about the other bots and machines, you use the 'Automatic Hack Tool'. You can find them lying around and invent them later on in the game.

Sharival, level up your research by taking photos of turrets. You will get perks that allow you to hack a turret without playing pipe dream. Take pictures (up to 3 or 4 at a time) of all enemies and security cameras before destroying them.
