Do you see the rest of the band coming on stage at the end? This was the end of the concert on the "From the cradle" tour. After Eric sings the last note seen here, the lights come up, the whole band is on stage, and the song is completely explodes with the whole band rocking out. This video is great, but it only shows the first half of the song.
He looks almost uncomfortable. Figiting about a little, and looking kind of awkward. He's obviously the complete opposite when he's playing, but I guess it's as he's most comfortable with a guitar in his hand to play and express with. Amazing singing! Nice to hear.

this is an old Bessie Smith song that Clapton did on his tour for the album "From The Cradle" and it is called Ain't Nobody's Business
