It is actually the crazy monster truck. It is the monster truck in permanent POW mode and you get it by completing every race with an S rank.

actually, there's supposed to be a 'crazy monster truck' which you unlock when you get all S grades in mirror mode (I've only got about 8 more races to go)

Beautiful. I still can't get an S on this track...I usually nail the first set of tree runs with the first POW right before the blobs...but I can't seem to nail the last set of tree runs like you can. Simply beautiful.
