I had the same prob with my sniper rifel (coming soon!) so I simply wrapped a small rubber band around the end of the firing rod to act as a shock absorber.

This gun does NOT suck, sure it uses little pieces, simple design but this guy can use minimum rubber bands and shoot ahella far, if you build this and have too small rubber bands just attach them together and add them on, I have 5 rubber bands on mine and its shoot further than I can imagine, I could make like 20 of these if I wanted. xD

well maybe Airsoft are more expensive but they're more fun..u shot thin Plastic umm..bars while Airsoft fires Hard Plastic balls that hurt from far away (especially spring action ones) but u no whatever u like them u make then I prefer Airsoft

gaww, that thing is so much more powerfull then any of mine, however, i do think that i win in terms of useability. Mine are all truly bolt action, so that it only needs to be cocked to fire again. magazines arent so gret yet, but it works.

This is the base gun we have a mod that if you take of a few of the pieces in the barrel you can have an auto feed loader.

check out the other vids of mine we were shooting what we call a sniper round and since it has tail fins it must be loaded from the front. this gun has been suscesfully modded to support an ammo clip.
