no not really no... it only adds the hunger bar which it makes you heal your heart when its full. i hate it though whenever your hunger bar is empty the heart decrease every 1 sec.... =_=

@Mrninjabobdude2 just press F1 on your keyboard. Commands:

F1:Takes away toolbar and other important things,press F1 again to get back all the important stuff.

F2:Takes a screenshot.

F3:Shows your processing stuff to show at which level your at.

F5: Goes into 3rd person, 1st person or 5th person veiw.

F11:Goes into fullscreen mode.
