Shocked by the negativity here . If you decide not to do the LP then why not just leave it that.Your negativity brings up so many more issues than it addresses , in fact so many that I wont comment any further other than to say before you judge anyone or anything think about what you are really judging and utilising which beliefs. You may find out a lot more from yourself than you could ever imagine.
Tried this & was a waste of a lot of money for me. worked at it for 3 months, I didn't get any relief. There are many reasons why your hypothalamus & amygdala get affected. It can be emotional, but it's only 1 cause. The main problem for most people with cfs/me is toxins affecting the hypothalamus etc. such as heavy metals & bacteria overgrowth in the gut. I don't want people to waste money on this unless u have a good clue the cause of ur illness is emotional
They look like a very uncomfortable group of people. The responses are probably given to avoid embarrishment. There is no interaction amongst them. Some of them look guilty. Even Practitioner Jeff looks uncomfortable. He says he had PVFS. The interviewer calls it ME. Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome is not ME. The ignorance of the interviewer is astonishing.
So for anyone readong this, apparently no one is allowed to know what the Lightening Process actually involves (so the creator makes stupdi amounts of money from sick people, which is just lovely). Apparently, and correct me if I'm wrong,a secrecy contract has to be signed so that you can't tell anyone about what was done. Not even your family. You have to apply for it and can be rejected, and if you don't get better it's because 'you didn't want to'.

You said "correct me if I'm wrong" about the existence of a "secrecy contract" in the LP. Well, you are wrong about it. Such a contract wouldn't be worth the paper it's written on, even if it existed.
Trainees are discouraged from going into detail about it with others because it takes three days to explain it properly by someone who's trained to do it. But that doesn't stop people. Check the internet discussion boards -- I'm sure you can find out the details of the LP if you try.
Yes, but lets look into the placebo effect here please, before we give this guy too much credit and lets also look at the figures, % of success against failure!
Two of my local M.E. group have been put into major relapses as a result of doing the Lightning Process; they have also wasted huge sums of money. Insisting that participants increase activity levels without first addressing the underlying viruses, bacterium, parasites and mitochondrial function and heart damage is irresponsible and dangerous. It could lead to death.
That's like saying a GP's surgery is a pyramid scheme ... innocent young children getting their ailments treated, only to want to grow up to be one of those bloodsucking doctors themselves! :P
If you're not sure about LP, try some self-hypnosis to get a feel for how your mind can relax and give you some symptom relief :)

Hahaha......hohoho...you know what is SOOO funny?!
You just CANNOT say you have cured a condition when there is no established way of proving that someone has it!
Hohohohohoho....
So this degrading treatment of ME has its own little 'achilles heel'.

Look at the way in which this turns into a "pyramid marketing scheme" with people who have done the process, training to become practitioners.
It does sound as if this is a scam and the people here, either mentally ill or fakes.
