  • Alan should've had one of those positions as class rep. ;)

  • skip to 10:00 to bypass the kryptonite of time

  • Thank you, you are the best.....

  • I'm sure he's a very knowledgeable teacher but his jumpiness becomes tiresome. I find it bizarre that so many children find him entertaining.

He's mannerisms are really distracting if anything else, so far he hasnt delved in to the guts of how things work. He's given nice little examples but there hasnt been a concentration in to the mechanics of things. Maybe in the next videos he has.

  • @ThunderAppeal For an undergraduate course I reckon lectures about computing especially when everything is being introduce in the first few lectures can be boring and tiring for some so his jumpiness can be a helpful technique to keep students from falling asleep or drifting off.

    Basically everyone learns differently.

  • i study computer science in berlin, germay and i'd love to go to UNSW for one semester, just to see richard buckland live. he's an amazing teacher.

  • lucky you. I only get to watch Richard Buckland through YouTube. Must be exciting during class.

  • i love our uni

  • yep that is why i want to transfer to UNSW after this semester
