I am guessing that this was put up by an American (because of the way they put the date). I was at both occasions when Jimi played at the Saville Theatre and I am almost certain that there is no actual footage. I remember Jimi wearing skin tight white trousers and a purple velvet open long jacket with a diamanté in his navel! We were lucky enough to get the afternoon matinee when Brian Epstein died and the evening show was cancelled. What a waste of a wonderful talent.
Great footage, easy to forget how unique this first single sounded at the time. I was at this Savile show (and a few others), he was supporting The Who and blew everybody away. Still the best...

I think this was used as the promo video for HEY JOE. Someone should match up the audio of that 1/27 Saville gig if it's availiable to this video.
