@thehornypuppy it would sound better but they got old. its hard to play the way metallica played in the old days when you are almost 50 years old. bands like the rolling stones can do because its not HEAVY METAL. but the aggressiveness that metallica exuded back in the day is impossible to recreate 25 years later. cmon man

There are more guitars in it than Metallica has guitarists. Can't blame them; it doesn't sound as good if you leave out one of the harmony guitars, nor when you leave out the underlying rhythm guitars.
