  • I installed mine and uploaded map in about 2 hours. Installed velocity stacks at same time and cleaned the ins and outs. That 4th injector was a battle but wasn't to hard. Killed a 6 pack and went to work lol

  • kkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • You need to do a video using the super tuner pro on a Harley. Thanks. Love your videos.

  • Sounds like someones playing with paintball markers in the background

  • ha ha this guy is ful of shit its so easy plu g and play you dont even need to fully remove the gas tank, you can prop it up and reach ur hand in to route and make connections, and the airbox does not come out thats bullshit too, why would u take that out lol. It took me maybe 45mins taking my time. What a d bag :)

  • @jmarquez808 The guy removed the secondary butterflies from the throttle bodies that's why the airbox had to be moved and the throttle bodies removed. Otherwise it's an easy job to do.

  • i put in my pcIII on my 08 1000rr in like 20 min and no it doesnt burn any oil at all either, and installing the power commander doesnt mean the bike is gunna be a whole new 200+ mph speed machine, its main purpose is to just smooth out the engine air/fuel from doin mods like putting on a pipe or intake, you'd prob be lucky to see 5-10 extra horsepower which a lot of people say they notice its considerably faster but thats just a placebo effect, the bike is just running smoother.

  • funny how some of you say your bike does not burn a drop of oil. honda released a statement saying this particular year bike 2008 cbr 1000rr, burns 3/4 of a quart of oil every 300 miles. hmmm kinda funny. i dont see how you guys dont burn oil. but then again it may only be a certain amount of bikes. my bike burns about a quart every 500 miles. had to put oil in bike every two days. now bike is going to shop to be re ringed.

  • @HBLADE08 Ummm, buddy. No they didn't. Honda has never ever, ever, ever, ever said that their bikes burn the equivalent to 2.5 quarts per 1000 miles. That would be ridiculous. And don't tell me i don't know what i'm talking about. I've had a new engine put in mine covered under warranty. R-tard.

  • guys i have the same slip on....it has not an oxygen sensor hole sp i can put the sensor on....whatshould i do with the sensor?it works good with the sensor outside thou...

  • @gdudetool lol, no it doesn't. Read the forums my friend. You have an incorrect AFR reading.

  • 3 or 4 hour job!?! It took me 25 minutes to install my pcV on my 08.

  • you probably did it wrong lol

  • How can you do it wrong? Its 3 connectors and two of them are different. Its strictly plug and play. I guess I'm better that the "average guy."

  • or you think you are and you really fucked up by not realizing there's other things you gotta do besides that LOL

  • You would have to be a noob thats really dumb or in your case really slow to connect 3 plugs especially when the pcV doesn't even have a tps connector. Theres no need to remove anything besides the seat and lift up the tank. No need to remove anything else.

  • @BiggsTiTan exactly this dude is selling his service.. i went to take a shit and my friends finished it by time i was done!!!..

  • Im sure anyone on here who has an 08-09 cbr1k and has installed a pcIII or pcV can say the same thing

  • pc 5 and pc3 are two different things 5 sucks 3 usb is fucking awsome

  • Theres also a harness that gives you to pc3 connectors if your using the pcV. Advantage of pcV is the auto tune. I was planning on using b4 I switched to bazzaz bcuz I could self tune anytime I wanted which is good for when the weather changes or I plan on spending the day up in the mountains.

  • did u put it on the top fuel injector

  • Thats a pretty newbie question. It doesn't go on the top injectors it goes on the bottom. I don't even have a pcV anymore. Switched to a bazzaz. FYI it has 8 connectors that go on all injectors. Took me about 45 minutes from start to finish

  • This modification was done in mid March '08 when the this bike was just released.

  • guys, do you have oil problems with the bike? because my bike does not have. I have exactly the same and does not burn a single drop. There are many who say that the 08 blades, burning oil. I insist that everything depends on how you treat the bike. indeed, very nice bike.

  • I have no problems with oil. Had the recalls done with clutch and a small clamp, thats it. Earlier models needed this but later models were fixed on the assembly line.

  • I am pleased that you have no problems with the bike. and thanks for reply.

  • @will3020 You, my friend are full of crap. A person with down syndrome could install a powercommander on this bike in less than 3 hours. I did mine in 20 mins with no experience with bikes at all. I followed directions.

  • so what exactly was the amount of hp/tq increase with the power commander zeroed compared to using the custom map?

  • I'm guessing the Harleys are always rich becasue 99.9999% of the bikes get after-market exhaust installed right away. Right?

  • I have one, love it!!! Full yoshi exhaust, power commander and undertail...sick looking

  • how dare he lay dirty hands on that pristine piece of machinery =D awesome bike!

  • lieing ass SOB dont have to remove or touch the airbox for a PC3 you have to remove the airbox for an ignition module only. hate these people who try to make this sound so "technically complicated"

  • my 08 cbr1000rr is so fast couldnt imagine trying to make it any faster man

  • This guy is sooooo wrong. Its not that hard at all if you have some idea on what you are doing. I never installed a power commander before and had no problem doing it to my 08 1000RR.

  • I agree, I had to remove the seats, tank cover & side covers but didn't remove the fuel tank completely or touch the airbox. I used 2 flathead screwdrivers to undo the throttle position sensor and reconnect. First install for me too.

  • I'll venture to say maybe anywhere between 5-15 lbs....

  • this bike is already so light, how much weight would be saved with an aftermarket exhaust eliminating the cat?

  • ugly ugly ugly...i have an 06 600rr , i love honda, i hope the new design 600rr's dont take on this look, far as i know a lot of people are disappointed with this new look. i was really lookin foward to getting a new 1000rr but if i do looks like im stickin with an 05-06...

  • I didn't like them till I saw one in real life. Put a fender eliminator on it and a pipe and it looks sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.

  • Same here! And now I own one!

  • that is...stock. With PC III you'll get slighter less due to the increase fuel to the engine.

  • No actually according to Honda Co. the 08' 1k CBR will give you 36.6 mpg.

  • How much gas usgae increase are we talkin ?

The bike now hovers around 42mpg

  • Thanks for posting the video! That was educational and interesting. :)

  • Amazing !!!

I will put this combo, the powercommander and the two bros exhaust on my 2008 Fireblade :-)

    Greetz from germany

    Mario

  • be careful the shit's fast :):)

  • great job guy's
