Hi Crystal :) I've been a fan of your videos for a short while now. I felt compelled to comment on this video because I just started experiencing anxiety and panic attacks a month ago. A few days after my first panic attack, you posted this video. I don't know if you experience anxiety/panic yourself, but you seem to have great insight into these issues and you are incredibly adept at providing calming, reassuring advice. @CassieAnnaCary I completely disagree! That's the reason why this is my favorite whisper video so far. It's hard to find the ones with the wet tongue clicking sounds which are really relaxing to my ears, and actually helps me sleep at night. I hope to find more like this one. too much "mouth" sound. Personally I don't like thewet, clicking and peeling sounds of the tounge and lips. Too close, and your whisper is a bit too harsh. :)

I have in the past had panic attacks, i used several technique to help combat them, 'tapping ' , ' Glimpsing' and also singing out loud = ) if anyone wants to know more i am happy to explain/help = )

If you dislike a YouTuber, why go to their videos at all? Just avoid them. The funny thing is that this turd burglar probably subbed to her channel to see when something new came out.
