@tanhanka3000 I almost forgot, the Chinese government was smart enough to end their treaty with Great Britian. All the white people had to leave China just a few years ago. Why didn't the Africans have a similar treaty? It is hard to see another black face / African Black face in uniform as my enemy in Africa. wow, why invest over 200 million on implementing tests when you can use that money to improve the actual system. I looked into this they only seem to focus on the financial implications but this is so damaging overall.
