@leetony51 if it's under 30 days and its not dammadge except for odious the inside but like u didn't scratch or crack then yes free replacement if u bought the $40 2 year warranty fuelled fix it nomatter what unless u get it stolen ebay alot are fake so u be the judge and monster and beats by dr dre will replace it up to a year

I'm going to apple to get these next weekend. I'm gonna get the HDs not the regular solos. Plus I heard on the regular solos are the ones tht break easily and the sound isn't all tht except for the bass. The HDs are built better and the sound is all around.

Hey, to add this review (which is great) I can say that these do not break very easily at all. Many people heard they do, but the ones that break are the regular Solos, not the HDs. Monster changed the quality of the plastic for the HDs so they do not break like the regular Solos. Unless you treat your things terribly and are throwing them around, you will have no problems with the durability of these.

great review, I wanted to ask how comfortable you found wearing them for longer use. I have been using around ear headphones and find them very comfortable especially for travelling, but given these are more 'on ear' headphones did you find any discomfort from prolonged use?

@jezzap4 Great question! I can understand how you could have that concern, but i can assure you they are EXTREMELY comfortable. From personal experience in the end the Studios from Beats By Dre are more comfortable after long periods of time, but even though these are on the ear they are extremely soft on the inside padding and i can wear them for several hours without any complaints. About after 4 hours straight i could start to feel some discomfort, but not much. Thanks for the comment! -Sean

These are great headphones. I never had the solo HD's, but I did have the original solo's and they were great but not that durable. Fortunetley these headphones were designed to be way more durable. I actually just upgraded to the studios (white of course XD) and there great.... I personaly recomend them to everyone!
