Finding out I passed the California Bar

damn I shoulda had my moment taped. It was just like ures except I ran around my office area. Arms aloft. Jumping and screaming without screaming if u get me, cause still i was at work. Called my mom and it was laughter and tears... I shoulda had it taped. But never did, because if I had failed, I woulda kept it to myself.

It was my boyfriend who wanted to tape it. I too didn't want to in case I failed. But he assured me that if I did he would immediately stop taping and delete it. I have to admit, I am so glad he convinced me to tape it!

Congratulations!!! Today I started filling out the apps. to take the CA bar in Feb 2010...licensed in PA since 1994...really gearing up to nail the exam the first time. Do you still recommend BarBri? I am considering BarBri, as well as Kaplan/PMBR. Will be purchasing my review course within the next 2 weeks...

Takes more the shelling out alot of money to pass, sweetheart! Dean Sullivan, was taken off a $500 Million dollar Supreme Court Bio-Tech case b/c SHE FAILED same exam her students passed! CA bar is the hardest exam of all 50 states! It sucks!

It's a feeling you will never forget, believe me! Have someone tape it!..I wasn't keen on the idea, in case I failed. However, I realized that if I did, it would just be deleted and it was worth having the tape to share forever.

how did you prepare for the bar? why is california bar exam so hard

I prepared with good ole Barbri (prep course). It is so hard because it is 3 days long (some states are only 1 day) and is a very detailed test - you pretty much have to know everything! We were all zombies coming out of the test center on the last day, it was so grueling. One person fainted, another had a breakdown in the bathroom and one even projectile vomited!
