Black moors and gold fish should NOT be kept in such a small tank! I have a black moor and a fancy tail goldfish, both in seperate 10L tanks. They get big, so I'll need to upgrade them.. and they need clean, filtered water as they are messy fish. This is a sin.
Get a real tank for those goldfishes at least 30g+ or re-home them. Your torturing them by putting them in a bowl.
