@ddk4444 there is no American way of saying it. That is a lame excuse for pronouncing it wrong. The vast majority of Americans pronounce it wrong. It doesn't matter what country one is from, the name is the same. You have to pronounce the "e" at the end. It is "Porsch(ah)".
