I saw this a while ago, it wasn't all THAT bad, wasn't all that great either especially compaired to what we have now, Macross Frontier which stomps all over this and makes it look like garbage. This was a good effort and bringing back Robotech.

"the masters"and "new generation" are another 2,nothing related to "macross saga",but HG producers made them "relate"...hence,in "the masters"and"new generation", rick did not show on, however he was told(mentioned) by someone else in some conversation only...
So HG written Lisa Hayes as in giving up her superior command rights to Hunter? Sounds bit sexist for HG to do such a thing considering how Lisa Hayes was a higher rank than Hunter when they first met.
Does anyone else besides me thinks that Cathy Glass from Macross Frontier is a homage to Lisa/Misa in the Macross saga?

the lost spaceship has aname and is called SDF-4 it even show up in this video at 2:54 and are you shore that the admiral from the shawdow chronicles is realy rick hunter to me his not unless you have some proof of that in which i wold be happy to look at.
well as a old robotech fan (since i was 6) i must say i am conflicted the first sticks to the robotech i know and love yet the seconds clips are far better so i cant really say
yeah, after watching Macross Zero, TSC really stunk it up big time. Looks like some 2000 type stuff, not something from 07. Now Macross Frontier is looking pretty sweet. As much as there's a soft spot in my heart for Robotech, once you go to pure Macross, it's kinda hard to go back.
the shadow chronicles is like a loseing battle. since there out gunned and the infed have more (a hell a lot more ) soldiers. btw can some one upload the shadow chornicles on youtube or veoh or stormberry?
Take the soundtrack of the first one, and put it on the second animation, and then you have a winner! The soundtrack on the second animation was lame...
