In Gradius Collection Original and Tuned means which Option sets to Original is the Arcade factory settings Tuned is Konami's new settings.

It only changes screen zoom and screen size(only G1 and 2 have this) which has arcade or wide arcade stretches the screen making it look ugly in Fullscreen zoom so use wide.

Gradius collection added 2 more difficulties Very Easy and Imposible for Gradius 1 others have easiest and hardest.
