Sounds like you are not terribly clear on the term Hispanic. I have seen blonde Spaniards, I have seen extremely light skinned Colombians and Argentines, who appear to be European. It appears that you may not be clear that in some Latin American countries there is a lot of indigenous blood, or heritage. And when you start talking about Mexico, at least some of those indigenous, or Indians were Apache, particularly in the Arizona Territory and the neighboring state of Sonora, Mexico.

Sounds like you are not terribly clear on the term Hispanic. I have seen blonde Spaniards, I have seen extremely light skinned Colombians and Argentines, who appear to be European. It appears that you may not be clear that in some Latin American countries there is a lot of indigenous blood, or heritage. And when you start talking about Mexico, at least some of those indigenous, or Indians were Apache, particularly in the Arizona Territory and the neighboring state of Sonora, Mexico.

White doesn't necessarily mean you are 100% European descended; only a DNA test will tell you for sure. Check out mtDNA lineages and Y chromosome and haplogroups conducted on peoples in Cuba. Search google "cuba ethnic population." There is Amerindian ancestry but it is not the dominant gene.
